In thanks for your support of our 2020 virtual Conference & Vendor Expo,
ADI has given our $10,000 in profits to the Distilling Research Grant.
THANK YOU again this year to MGP for a generous
matching grant of $10,000.
The Distilling Research Grant, managed by an independent Advisory
Committee, aims to further the development of distilling science for the
benefit of the craft spirits industry and distilling community.
The third-annual online charity auction benefiting the Distilling Research
Grant will run February 15 to April 16th, 2021.

The Distilling Research Grant (www.distillingresearch.org) is a 501(c)3 managed by an
independent Advisory Committee composed of academics, distillers and scientists. ADI is proud

the research at the ADI convention, and organizing fundraising efforts via a yearly online auction.
